My true love gave to me a turkey in the oven and some coal under the tree.
Ingredients: Naturally fermented habaneros (71%)(coriander seed, peppercorn, salt, sugar), smoky habanero and capsicum, apple cider vinegar, sage, onion, black food gel (122,133,102 + preserv. 211, 202 + thickener 415 + acidity reg 330) and nutmeg
Why is there food gel in here? Because the activated charcoal was super chalky and the squid ink was more of a grey and changed the texture of the sauce.
